EXPLORATION 01 / iPadBook
iPad flexibility.
Mac capability.
iPadBook 2.0 brings a detachable iPad together with a Mac keyboard and computing hardware in a real, assembled device. Its companion iBoo software connects an iPad client and Mac helper for clearer device selection, connections and working modes.

THE QUESTION
How can existing display, input and computing capabilities work together?
Connecting devices is only the beginning. Everyday use also means choosing a device, starting work, switching and recovering—and making the combined form comfortable to carry and use.
Make connections clear
Explore device selection, pairing, connection and recovery through an iPad client and a Mac helper.
Continue the work
Validate display, input and switching across USB, wireless and system Sidecar paths. The software continues to evolve as iBoo.
Build on a real device
The 2.0 enclosure, hinges, cable routing and ports exist in physical form. New adaptations continue through modeling, fitting and feedback.
THE EXPERIENCE
An idea.
A path to use.
- 01
Combine
Define the roles of display, input and computation.
- 02
Validate
Check connection, switching, login and recovery.
- 03
Refine
Iterate with structural, interface and assembly feedback.
A WORK IN PROGRESS
2.0 is built. The experience keeps evolving.
iPadBook 2.0 has assembled hardware, structural models and assembly materials. This page shows photographs of the actual device and its construction. iBoo has iPad and Mac interfaces, with selected connection, switching and recovery scenarios validated on specific devices. Screenshots use demo data. Hardware adaptations, new structures and external software trials continue separately; sales and software downloads are not offered on this site.
